Last year, much of Day 3 of Chinese New Year was spent at the casino. We Singaporeans have to pay a levy of $100 to go in for 24 hours. On Day 2 of Chinese New Year, after dinner we went in about about 6:30pm and stayed till close to midnight. Went there mid-morning on day 3 and had a late light lunch in the casino. Lost most of what I won but at least my winnings from the day before was still there. My lady was less fortunate. She was down a few hundreds. Told you not to come, right? So, now you know it wasn't my idea. Still 6:30pm. 24 hours are up. Time to go and we went looking for dinner outside.

Inside, about one third of the tables were occupied but I think it wasn’t peak dinner time there yet.

There wasn’t any fancy decorations.

This is a place for hot pot and the table already had the pot set up.

The seafood costs but the WIFI is free. :-)

They have a premium buffet with premium price.
他们有优质自助餐。当然价格也优质。
Too lazy to think. We had the buffet but not the premium version. Cheaper by about 20 bucks.
懒得想那么多。还是吃自助餐可是不是那优质版。便宜20块。
The pot holds 2 different types of soup.

We have a few rounds of food before we stopped.

After dinner, it was dark outside but the lights were turned on and the lanterns were lighted up too.
吃完后出去，外面也天黑了可是等点亮了。灯笼也亮了。
Around the whole place, the lanterns were lighted up.
周围很多灯笼也亮起了。
I… am not a fan of hot pot but my wife likes to have them. So, I relented once a while. Hot pot is not cheap in many places in Singapore. I don’t understand the logic of having to cook my own food and pay much for it.

Yikes for 43 per person, seems like the wifi should be free!!
That area has restaurants that are mostly expensive but i think for big eaters, the buffet may still be worth it.
