Corn is one of human staple foods, corn also contains many nutrients and vitamins, therefore some people consume corn as staple food.
Other than that, corn can also be utilized by the community to make a flour called corn flour.
Corn can also be consumed naturally, meaning that corn can be consumed even though not in cooking. But for the better, the corn is roasted, as seen this.
