HOW TO COOK MISUA SOUP WITH PATOLA AND EGG (WITH STEP BY STEP PROCEDURE)
So we were thinking about what to eat for dinner, and we do not have enough money to buy some meat because we just paid our rent for our house. We need to think how we can feed 7 persons for dinner. Our budget is only P100. We were eating egg for the past few days hahah, so we need to think about something else to cook. So we thought about cooking Misua Soup.
So here I am going to share to you guys my step by step procedure on how I cooked Misua Soup.

1 head Onion, chopped
3 cloves Garlic, minced
Cooking Oil
Ground Pork
1 cup Fish Sauce or Patis (to taste)
10 cups Water
1 pc Patola
2 packs Misua
1 Chicken Knorr Cubes
PROCEDURE:
Add 10 cups of water and patis. Let it boil and simmer for at least 5 minutes. Add the chicken knorr cubes and let it simmer for another 3 minutes.
Add the patola. Let it simmer for another 3 to 5 minuted or until the patola becomes soft.
Once the patola is cooked, you can now add the misua. Let the misua cooked then taste. (You can add patis if you're not satisfied with the flavor).
You can now add the egg. I used 2 pieces of egg). Stir to beat the egg then turn off the flame.
NOW SERVE IT WITH YOUR FAMILY AND LOVED ONES
It's amazing how you can serve delicious soup to your family with just a very limited budget. I bought the ingredients at the wet market and we only had P100 budget, and I only spent P77. All of us was able to eat soup and had our stomach full.
