Rice pulut and durian

A snack favored by most Acehnese. Rice pulut cooked separately until cooked. Durian fruit flesh stirred with coconut milk, looks like gravy and called durian sauce (kuah bohdrien).

Pulut rice served with durian sauce. Really good.
This dish is suitable to eat at night or early morning, when cold weather. Less suitable served during the day. Because rice pulut and durian can increase body temperature.
