Good morning my friends...^^
Today, I want to introduce Dried Pollack Soup.
It is very good soup for a person after heavy drinking ....^^
Abdullar : 어제 술을 너무 많이 마셨나 봐요. 속이 쓰려 죽겠어요.
His wife : 그럼 해장할 겸 점심으로 북엇국 먹을까요?
Abdullar : I think I drank too much last night. My stomach hurts.
His wife : Do you want to have some dried pollack soup for lunch to get rid of your hangover?
In Korea, pollock may be repeatedly frozen and defrosted to create hwangtae, half-dried to create ko-da-ri, or fully dried and eaten as book-o and this fully dried one is used for Dried Pollack Soup.
Dried pollack, radish, bean sprouts, tofu, parsley and pepper are used for this soup.
After boiling the dried pollack and radish put the remaining bean sprouts, tofu, parsley and pepper.
If you boil a little more, delicious food is completed....^^
If you have been drinking a lot last night, I recommend this soup to you....^^

I think the dried fish add taste to it. I don't mind trying with the fish.
This soup is the best one to deal with hangover :)
