Even if you peel your fruits or vegetables, some pesticides are adsorbed either through the skin or through the rest of the plant.
Also, pesticides are often (perhaps almost always?) used on organic foods.
Also, what's wrong with GMO's?

I am sorry I disagree. Most pesticides are on the peel. Second. Organic means no chemicals and third GMOs. Genetically modified foods are reeking havoc on our bodies.
Please for your own sake, research.
Oh, sorry, I agree that most pesticides are on the peel! I was just pointing out that some are not avoided by peeling. I have also heard that cooking fruits and vegetables can help to break down some pesticides.
Also, organic means no synthetic chemicals, so you are right there, but at least in the US I know that organic farmers still use dangerous things like rotenone (linked to Parkinson's disease), bromomethane (I think this one is being phased out this year though), and boric acid.
I am interested in learning more about GMO's, but do you have any sources that you would suggest? My usual sources, like wikipedia, mostly give evidence that GMO's are probably fine.
Thanks!
I see. We are on the same journey. I do. I will compile them and get back to you. Stay healthy
