TINOLANG MANOK BISAYA
Magandang tanghali po sa inong lahat. Ngayong araw po na ito ng luto kami ng aking mga kaibigan ng TINOLANG MANOK BISAYA. Ang manok bisaya kasi ay mas malinamnam at masarap ang laman nito kaysa ibang manok. Manok na bisaya kasi ay hindi ikuno kulong at hiyaan lang na mag lakad kahit saan hindi katulad ng ibang manok na ikinu-kulong. Ginawa naming tinolang manok ito dahil masarap humigop ng sabaw para naman mahimasmas kami, ng inom kasi kami kagabi ng aking mga barkada at madami-dami kaming na inom. Masarap kasi ang sabaw ng bisayang manok kahit kunti lang ang sahog nito, pero kung marami ang lahog lalo itong sasarap, lagyan pa ng maraming sili tiyak na tanggal ang hangover na mararamdaman mo hehehe. Kain tayo!..
