Kali ini saya akan membagikan resep yang enak buat anda yaitu resep Tumis Pete, Tumis pete cukup enak jika dimakan dengan nasi pasti membuat anda ketagihan, cara memuatnyapun gampang dan mudah!.

Bahan-bahan:
  • 2 papan Pete dibelah dua
  • 6 cabe merah
  • 5 cabe rawit merah
  • 3 bawang putih
  • 6 bawang merah
  • 1 tomat kecil
  • Garam secukupnya
  • Gula secukupnya
  • Minyak goreng secukupnya.

Cara membuatnya:
  1. Haluskan cabe merah,rawit,bawang putih dan tomat bila sdh halus giling jg bawang merah agak kasar.
  2. Siapkan wajan beri minyak goreng secukupnya bila sdh panas tumis bumbu halus.beri garam dan gula secukupnya.koreksi rasa.
  3. Bila sdh berminyak tumisan sambal masukkan pete. Masak sebentar lalu matikan api.
  4. Hidangkan dipiring saji dan siap untuk dinikmati.
