If you are mentioning Canadian dishes you have to include poutine. Google it! Sounds disgusting, and not to everyone's taste, but I like it, and my wife allows me to have it once a month. Otherwise it would clog my arteries and kill me. LOL.

Glad to help - we don't have much food that is uniquely Canadian so need to have a complete list. Just don't cover your poutine with maple syrup and finish with a Nanaimo bar!
