These are delicious. This dish has beautiful color, soft and tender - the orange of carrots, the yellow of the eggs and tofu, the reds of sausages, the green of vegetables.
The food I introduced today has many different names." Pho rolls, Fresh rice noodles rolls, Pho cuon, Vietnamese rolls..""
Preparation and cooking process are quite simple so you should not hesitate to give oneself a try. There's a dish to suit everyone's taste .... This food contain virtually no fat and plenty of essential vitamins. It can be said that this is a low-carb diet food.Because the main ingredients of the dish are:
- Spring rolls
Dipping sauce, spices, ..
✅Step 1 :
As other kinds of Vietnamese rolls, dipping sauce plays an important part which make the dish special and ^^Here's how to prepare my sauce:(1 teaspoon fish sauce, 2 tablespoons of mineral water, 1 lemon, 2 peppers, 1 spoon sugar, and 1 garlic. Do not forget pepper for this dish.^^)
Wash all of your veggies^^
Fried tofu, fried eggs, fried sausages .. Make sure they are cooked.^^

Cutting them long and thin.

This dish has many different recipes, you can add beef, if you like.
Detach a rice sheet and place on a flat surface and filled with vegetables and tofu, sausages, egg,..I rolled it until it was completely closed.
