Verb: It is the combination of the actions "followed" and "upvoted" But more concise.
Example: "Yo that post was off the chain, holmes! Imma FollowUpVote."
Noun: An award to be given.
Example: "This post was sick AF. You got you a FollowUpVote!"
If that wasn't painfully obvious.
