IMHO, SteemIt should add a variety of messaging service.

The service doesn't have to be on the blockchain.

There are some services that should be kept off the blockchain.

For example, I thought about trying to sell people things on SteemIt. To ship a product, I need to know a user's mailing address.

Many people do not want to put their personal information on the blockchain.

I don't blame them.

Adding a secure private messaging service would improve the steemit experience. The messaging system doesn't have to be on a blockchain.
