It doesn't even help on your teeth. Acid damages the enamel of your teeth, and table sugar feeds the bacteria that damage it. Rinse stuff like lemon juice off your teeth, and do not consume table sugar. Do animals brush their teeth? Nope. They don't eat the crap we eat though either. ;-)
