Pearl Street Mall Tulips - Boulder, CO
Every spring, Boulder's Pearl Street Mall shows it's colors with a massive amount of beautiful tulips. If you've never been to the Pearl Street Mall, this is the time to go. This was one of the nation's first outdoor shopping malls.
