A Rosebud of Hibiscus is my entry for this week on #flowers. This contest is hosted by @petals.

Rosebud Hibiscus is a good source of Tea and it tastes awesome, but as with all herbal teas, there’s more: it treats depression, constipation, anxiety, insomnia, diabetes; it provides immune boosting AND a record-high dose of antioxidants.
