I love amaryllis. Here they have to be grown in pots and we usually try to make them bloom at Christmas time. I set the pot out doors during the summer and then bring it in during the winter when it starts to get cold outside. They are so beautiful. And really rather expensive here. Great one for the contest!
Yes friend, they are also produced here in pots but they bloom in May and June, when the rains start, they use them a lot in the squares and there are many variety of colors
