BEAUTIFUL CHERRY BLOSSOM FLOWERS
Cherry Blossom flowers are really something special. They are said to be native to the Himalayas, even though most people would associate them with Japan, who have made it their national flower. The Cherry Blossom flower is edible and can be added to many recipes, but the absolute favourite way to eat it in Japan is in ice cream. They are also used in some of the most popular perfumes in U.S. There are 200 different varieties of Cherry Blossom, and they aren't always pink, some are white and others change colour throughout blooming from green to yellow to white before turning pink.

I ate only violet and clover flowers, and can say that they have nice taste. Especially clover flower, it has pleasantly sweet taste.
