Nepal’s Himalayas – Unique Differences in Elevations

Nepal’s geography of the Himalayas are unique in that as you hike the trails in certain regions of Nepal, you will notice dramatic changes in different altitudes that begin with lush green vegetation in the middle hills to sparse stark landscapes above the tree lines where cultural land is not available and no communities exist, its even hard to spot a bird, but yet in certain areas like Dolpa & Mustang, despite barren landscapes, dotted vegetation is seen & even huge apple orchards are found to exist.
