In Indonesia this flowering plant is called "Bunga Jepun"
These lovely pink Oleanders were planted in the yard of a Sport Center

It has very green shiny leaves. Somehow that kind of leaf is very comforting to me. I think because when I grew up in Australia it was a desert like environment and few native leaves that were so green as this.
