Bees, Flowers and Rewards

All steemians should be familiar with the concept of "Rewards". A post that is rewarded will likely motivate the author to continue to post. A sequence of unrewarded posts may demoralize the author, and perhaps prompt a change of activity and behavior.

Let's apply this same concept to bees and flowers.
