What extreme hatred? You're already distinguishing ridicule and frustration as separate things; is there even anything left after that?

I mean, some people can get really fired up by that kind of frustration (e.g. Richard Dawkins found out creationism was still a thing and has stayed mad about it for 30+ years), and ridicule always means some level of contempt, but hatred? I don't think so.
