MMU Manned Maneuvering Unit RIDICULOUS NONSENSE

I made this quick youtube video commonsense tells us this is nonsense. The Space Shuttle along with the ISS are said to be orbiting earth at 17000 MPH. And the MMU a jet pack looking device is allegedly going just as fast untethered in soem shots very far away from the space shuttle and what type of fuel is it using? They say LOX liquid oxygen oh really can we get some LOX engines clean burning on earth no only in space right? And what are you thrusting off in a vacuum?
