The Flat Midgard (Norse Mythology)

In Norse Mythology, Yggdrasil is the World Tree, or the Tree of Life.
It is depicted as the axis of our world.
Midgard is the Relm or World we live in, which is many times depicted as a flat disc with Yggdrasil stemming from the centre or North Pole.
