I AM SORRY.
Whenever we are studying the Bible we must be careful not interpret it in a direction that the verse is not saying and to take note of what it says and what it doesn't say. The Bible is our manual for life, health and Salvation. We need to study it to know about God and how He relate with the world because God doesn't relate with men equally and that's where the subject of mercy and grace come in.

"Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another that ye may be healed. (James 5:16)
This Scripture in James 5:16 doesn't say "Confess your faults to the priest," neither does it say "Confess your sins to another." So, you shouldn't go around telling everybody all the wrong things in your life, all the sins you have committed. NO!
Brother James here is telling us to know where our faults are and to be humble enough to apologize whenever we do anyone wrong; he is simply also talking about when we wrong each other.
However, in the course of our daily interaction with people, there are times we consciously or unconsciously cause some people to get hurt either by our actions, or by what proceed out of our mouth. At such times, don't feel too proud to say, "I made a mistake, I did wrong, I am Sorry I offended you."

See sometimes, the person you want to apologize to is your subordinate, you still need to acknowledge that you were wrong and apologise. You see, when you are unforgiving and you refuse to accept your wrong, the power of God might become of non effect in your life.
Perpetuating your wrong could also bring sickness into your body especially. Many of God's awesome children in this world remain sick for a long in their bodies because of this.
"Pride goeth before destruction..." Pro 16:18.

Apologizing to the one you have wronged will cost you nothing but pride. I think it's worth the sacrifice, especially when it gets in the way of your healing. So, determine right now to do just as the Scripture says: "Admit your fault to one another and pray for each other so that you may be healed." (James 5:16 TLB).

Truly, pride is a spiritual cancer that eats up all the good humility can offer an individual. Humility proceeds honour, but ahead of pride is destruction.
"I am sorry" is just a three-worded expression, yet, many finds it difficult to say it. The bility to say sorry each time we are wrong, is a function of how much we know Jesus.
