AVOIDING SPIRIT OF ANGER
In apa.com, ANGER is an emotion geared by antagonism toward everything you feel has deliberately done something wrong. Anger can be a good thing and can be a very bad thing. It can give you a way to express negative feelings, for example, or motivate you to find solutions to problems. But excessive anger can cause problems.

The best way to avoid the spirit of anger is to receive the mantle of patient and overwhelmed with it because anger can be express if it’s allowed (Colossians 3:8). The spirit of anger is deadly and it can kill faster than action because anger hindered Moses not to enter into Promise Land (Numbers 20:10-12).

CAUSES OF THE SPIRIT OF ANGER
There are so many ways where anger can penetrate someone:
1. Jealousy (Genesis 4:3-8).
2. Lack of Self Control (Numbers 20:10-12).
3. Hatred (1John 4:7-8).
4. Evil Spirit (Mark 5:15).
5. Too much thinking (Proverbs 23:7).
ESCAPE FROM THE SPIRIT OF ANGER
The best way to escape from the spirit of anger to start avoiding some kind of attitude towards yourself and the things of God (Colossians 3:8). Here are some quick solutions to quench spirit of anger.
1. Serious Prayer to overcome (Luke 18:1).
2. Fasting to suppress the flesh (Mark 9:29).
3. Read the word of God daily (Jeremiah 15:15).
4. Be always around your Christians fellow (Hebrew 10:25).
5. Over familiarity (Romans 6:16).

CONCLUSION
The spirit of anger is bitter bile can be control or banish if you are ready to let go of it. Make sure there is no bitterness of anger in you (Ephesians 4:31). The Lord will establish his grace in our live (Hebrews 12:15).
