Hi @steemotion. As I say above in the post each day...I go through the queue in submission order when I do my voting around 15:00 UTC each day. If I can upvote the post, I upvote it at that time. If the post's earnings have expired I mark the post and refund the submission fee immediately after I have finished voting.

The queue is available for anybody to view at anytime via the link in the post.
