Off Grid Homestead Tax Exemption Explained

This video explains how and why I am 90% tax exempt. The only tax I have to pay is the School Tax because I drive on the county roads. That tax is only $75 a year for my 10 acres. I could get even more tax breaks but I am currently still studying them and working with the county tax office to ensure I get it right.
