I have tried it, accidentally by working to hard and bring to picky about what I eat.... LOL
But seriously I read about it and see that one version has you eating only certain times of the day and fasting the other hours. A friend fasts until 6pm daily and only eats 6p to 9pm. He says has lost weight and feels great! I do something similar when I am really focused on my work.
Me too, I got spoiled a little after trying out some real good quality food 😁 most of the time I ate at the restaurants just because there's not much of an option here here exceptional food!
It's a good way to burn extra calories, without doing anything just fasting... you should try it sometimes

That's a good way to fast, lol when you're too busy working and later you check your watch and it's almost bed time lol
