Great workout. I’ll use a bench at an incline angle and work on iso’s until failure (which tends to be around 8-10) I hate not being able to hit a certain amount of reps but failure just kills me haha.
thanks, yeah I don't train to failure for reps I train to failure of workout lol. or until I run out of time ;)
