The hardest thing about going through one of your workouts would be your Euro music. Hahah. The kettlebell shoulder presses seem good for holding your core as well for extra benefit.Do you eat before you workout, right after, or both? I never seem to know what's best before, but definitely eat right after.

Eat 1-2 hours before a workout, and after a workout. Works well on shredding before a workout in the morning on empty stomach - coffee with a spoon of any fat( butter, oil, coconut butter...)
