Challenge complete! my 100+ Rep Fitness Challenge Day # 3 "almost down! "
Today, due to complications with time, we had to train at night, not allowing the hour to be a reason to stop, although the truth is that you always need the sun to feel that you sweat and that there is more result. The important thing is not to stop , we started with a walk in the afternoon of 2 and a half hours, it was supposed to be 4 hours however apparently we were not ready to increase the time so quickly and the last 30 minutes were a quite slow walk and breathing while we returned to house, adding only 500 reps.
Once at home after a few minutes of rest and hydration we started doing some abdominals, remembering that the abdomen is one of the muscles that can be trained every day (without exceeding), we did 5 sets of 50 repetitions each, we recommend using some kind of arm support to avoid discomfort or pain in them, adding 250 reps
We continue with a small routine of biceps, 5 sets of 20 repetitions each, I emphasize that before I could do up to 40 repetitions per series, and these 20 were quite expensive. Adding 100 reps.
To finish we did 5 sets of 20 open push-ups to continue with the biceps and finally we stretched to rest, adding 100 reps.
I must say that although it is good to seek to exceed our limits we must be careful when doing it, we tried a walk of about 4 hours, however by the force of the sun and speed I quickly felt the symptoms of sunstroke, we did not reach the goal, but with perseverance and a little more preparation I hope we can achieve it next week! As always a big thank you to stteemmatt for this inspiration and for your effort keeping track of our progress every day, which is a hard job!
