40 reps - Thera-bands - various exercises. Being conservative on the reps as I am doing between 200 to 300 reps on various exercises but some are with lighter bands and some much stronger.
100 reps - walking/hiking 45 minutes
100 reps - meditation and yoga - 2 hours - 2x/day
The bands seem like an ideal fit for you. Good to see you're ramping up with them and getting out of your comfort zone (on the physical side).
