My first-day daily challenge:
- 100 reps Walking for cardio 30 minutes back and forth.
- Shadow Kickboxing with Muaythai kicks. 10 minutes.
- running up and down on the stairs 3minutes for cardio.
Great job! I'm going to move these reps over to the post for the next day since this is an older one. Welcome to the challenge.
