What a great idea to get the smoothies ready for on-the-go moments. I am a HUGE pre-planning and OCD person so this tip is right up my alley.
My husband and I have been on a Mediterranean diet (due to his higher than high cholesterol) and it's only been nine days and I've dropped seven pounds, so I'm excited.
Will watch for your updates!
I like to have stuff on hand that's easy, especially the smoothies. My daughter has started making a healthy smoothie before school now, instead of just waiting or eating less healthy options!
