Now that it's becoming regular routine, it's time for me to stop neglecting the rest of my blog. I did not think I would get to this point. I felt like in order to maintain the rest of my life I'd have to skip a day.
Total Team Reps
- Longest streak: 22 days
- Current Streak: 4 days
- Skipped Days: 3
The Challenge:
At least 100 honest reps of exercise every day. No excuses. No bullsh*t. Just actions, positivity, and results. Only post AFTER your reps are done. Always support each other.

My Daily Challenge Completed
Woke up energized today and have been able to slowly get my exercises in while I go about my day. While my reps / routine and the exercises I'm doing haven't changed much, I would like to increase the reps as I get used to a higher rep count. Being Friday I was motivated to get everything done early just in case I have a busy night!
- 50 Air Squats
- 50 Situps
- 50 Pushups
Total rep count: 150
Yesterday's Reps
Squats & Weights - 190
Cumulative Tally
6470 Reps
Meals
Instead of doing a full grocery gig we just got a few things to get us by a few days. Lunch was two turkey & cheese sandwiches. Dinner was Steak & Mac and Cheese with a salad!

My Motivation
I've decided to stop smoking cigarettes in the beginning of January and have been meaning to start an exercise routine to replace my smoking habit with something much healthier. It's been rough quitting, and even tougher getting the motivation and energy to start a daily exercise routine but thanks to this challenge, I've motivated myself to get it done!
One tip for you might be to put a brighter picture or your food as the first pic in your post so it's more eye-catching for readers to click on. The dark workout page might be better as your second pic (while it's the most important)...
That might be the thing to do...I included a landscape picture in one and figured I should post something like that as the first picture instead. I've got plenty of those. I just didn't think to put the food picture first since it is an exercise post, lol. I suppose anything else would be better, those notebook thumbs are starting to be an eyesore for me.
I just added a picture and think it looks good - what do you think? Will food be more attractive? lol
Only one way to find out. You can flip back and forth, or choose whatever you want... I just think the notebook will be better as the second shot. You can also lighten up the picture to attract more eyes too.
