What are rest days?
So today wasn’t a very rep heavy day. I do need a day to let my muscles recover but I also don’t want to skip it out completely. So today was mostly higher intensity.
I did my 50 floor stair climb warm up. Then 20 minutes on the treadmill and my low reps high intensity for the day.
Today’s workout:
Box jumps-30
Box knee kicks-30
Line forward/backward jumps (feet together)-30
Side to side line jumps (feet together)-30
Remember. There isn’t anything wrong with a rest day. But make sure your rest day is follow by at least some light movement and healthier food options.

My rest day consisted of assembling an outdoor playset for the kids, and I am beat haha those things are no joke to put together.
Those things take HOURS to build! I feel your pain haha.
