Get from Fat to Fit !

Hello Steemians!
Are you unable to loose fat? Is your lifestyle not active? Are you tied to a chair all day ? OR are you just LAZY.....
So what to do now.....

In today's hectic lifestyle taking care of your body has become a lot tougher. The convenience of access to fast food is really spoiling our body....Like seriously it's messing us up BAD....really BAD....
So wake up guys and first thing is that you start eating healthy and avoid junk food like pizza, burger, soda and all other sh*t. These things are slow poison.So let’s list down the important things which you can follow to manage your weight.

1)Increase Your Metabolism

Increased metabolism means that body will burn more fat quickly. So to improve your metabolism you need to get your diet straight and start working out.
Eating protein-rich food increases metabolism and also helps muscle growth.Foods like Meat , Fish , Eggs Nuts and Legumes. These foods require more energy to digest thus burning more calories. They increase your metabolism by 15%-20%.
Caffeine found in coffee and tea can increase metabolism by 11%.

2)Cardio

Early morning jog or that brisk walk to office or spending some time on treadmill can reduce fat, BUT for that you must have a clean diet. Remember this…..

3)Stay happy and avoid Stress

Staying happy can improve your heart health and avoiding stress will definitely improve your physical appearance. Stress is your worst enemy so try to run away from it as much as you can.
Stress induced eating spoils your eating habit and results in weight gain.
