It is proved most people have a high lack of it and just a short time is not sufficient.

Also people with a coloured or darker skin need way more (at least 4 times more) sunlight (or vitamin D3) as people with a white skin (like you already said). Just a walk won't do the 'trick'.

A lack of vitamine D causes depressions!

If you use a sun blocker on the skin it is nearly impossible to get vitamin D in your body at all.
