Sample Workout-Lifting-Training For Today

This is the lifting I will do today. I'm doing this routine 3 times a week. It's a full body workout and I'm using light weights for now because I'm coming back from injuries. This routine is based on the Super Squat Routine by Strossen.

Exercises:

Warm Up-5 Pullups

1)Power Cleans:
95 lbs x 5 sets x 3 reps

2)Standing Overhead Presses:
115 lbs x 3 sets x 12 reps

3)Breathing Squats:(3 deep breathes between each rep)
135 lbs x 10 reps (wam-up no deep breathes)
190 lbs x 20 reps
(superset Squats with bench Pullovers)
4)Pullovers
35 lbs dumbbell x 20 reps

5)Bench Press
140 lbs x 3 sets x 12 reps

6)Bentover Rows(barbell)
140 lbs x 3 sets x 10 reps

7)Stiff-legged Deadlifts
140 lbs x 15 reps

8)Standing Crunches:
60 lbs x 20 reps

I've done this kind of routine many times over the years to get strong and condition myself. This lifting is great for bodybuilding and to prepare yourself for any kind of physical activity.
