Human anatomy is one of the most beautiful creations in this world. Throughout history there were many different movements which centered around drawing perfect body. Man were always drawn as muscular athletes. If Tumblr had existed at that time, the body would be a goal. In most cases, gods were the ones with this kind of body type. So we can say that well developed muscular body is godly.

The potential that is hidden in every individuals body must be resurfaced. It's just unfortunate if the potential is locked away for the duration of your life. Fitness has many positive effects besides gaining a beautiful body.

A lot of people struggle with sleeping at night. The reason often times is that a lot of them are not tired enough physically. Energy is meant to be used not preserved. Not only that, but working out helps to be more energetic during the day. Feeling sleepy in the afternoon may be because if lack of exercise.

For me, fitness is also a relaxation. I tend to think a lot without any reason and during fitness my mind is at rest. I am fully concentrated on doing the exercise and meaningless thoughts don't appear on my mind. But this doesn't apply to anyone.

Working out boosts immunity system. There is actually less chance to fall ill if you regularly work out.

Muscular, healthy body activates instincts. We are attracted to healthy bodies in general, because our instincts dictate that healthy offspring can be created. So you can stimulate part of the mind that is under the surface and make others be more attracted to you.

Fitness allows you to become more accustomed to your body. After doing fitness for some time, you start to feel that you use muscles that you never thought you used. It becomes easier to do everyday chores. Lifting somethings becomes easier and trip for groceries more often requires only one trip.

I understand that it requires some sacrifices, such as junk food, but in a long run you start to understand that it's worth it. Fitness often becomes addictive and one of the most enjoyable activities in ones life.

The point i am trying to make is, that fitness has many benefits. One must at least try to do it once to understand if it's beneficial for him or her.

In conclusion, if you want to attain a body of a god, you have a lot of work to do, but the result in the end will definitely be worth it.
