----> EXERCISE AND EARN SOME STEEM! Welcome to our virtual exercise game! This is a leveling game that will challenge your physical fitness! Don't worry- participation is at all levels. If you are brand new to the community, don't be shy... post a video of yourself doing exercises and earn some upvotes! If you just want a quick interaction here and there without video recording anything: check our exercise categories, choose an exercise, choose a level, do it on your own, and upvote the exercise when it's complete. IT'S A GOOD TRACKING SYSTEM FOR YOUR WORKOUT REGIMEN THAT PAYS YOU STEEM (you know how the UPVOTING-PAYING-YOU-STEEM-thing works, right?) But, for those who post: we'll have a Community Leader on the look out for your participation! Also, support each other! Do you know how good it feels to 1) complete a new level!? and 2) have someone recognize your hard work and reward you with an upvote (which, is why you post the video of yourself completing the level (according to the Eniquette we all love so much! It's going to be so great!

IT'S TIME FOR SOME EXERCISE!

Please, in the comment section below, post a video doing the exercise of the category (remember to follow the Eniquette guidelines for basic format compliance) so that you won't get automatically skipped over for upvotes for non-compliance and respond with comments/upvotes for the community. Be Encouraging!
For these exercises, there:
IS a minimum # of repetitions required
IS a minimum # of sets required
-each level is particular. See each category for details.
Please be reminded to use (and get used to using) the starting/finishing validation/passphrase for your posts. They are a deterrent against those who would not create original video content (Spam). The completion of a level should be in one video take. You can have fails and retries, but the upload that we're considering completes the level will be a video submission that does not pause or have you go off-screen.

Note: From time to time this "Exercise Game" post will be posted anew so that the post itself and some of the exercise categories can be refreshed to gauge their popularity and get fresh upvotes among other reasons. If this post is a month or more old and still the apparent newest one, still use it. A fresh upvote from a Community Leader and/or other browsing participants' will still earn you rewards from the reward pool. Also, invite people! The more people who join and upvote @the-en, the more voting power @the-en will have and the more rewards @the-en upvotes will be able to direct to our participants!!
