Try to speed up the adaptation process by depleting your glycogen stores faster

Intermittent fasting and HIIT make you go into keto state even faster from what i've been told, but you are already doing both of them.

QOTD: Have you ever tried a ketogenic diet? Did you feel these "keto flu" type of "symptoms" when first adapting to no-carb? What did you do to try and overcome it?

I tried the keto diet and stopped midway, imho there are better ways to go at it instead of keto diet, carb cycling, refeed days, there are so many great diets to try, when i try to cut down what works for me is vinegar (don't know if you can take it on keto but i think you can), vinegar supresses hunger and makes me full.
