FITNESS IS EASY! Here are my top 5 not so well known tips

  1. Fasting
    Fasting has many, many health benefits, but my favorite has got to be fat loss. It is by far the fastest, easiest, healthiest and most underutilized way to lose weight while maintaining muscle. Fasting is when you don't consume any calories for anywhere from 16 hours to 7 or even 100 days. Now I know I have made some outrages claims and that's why I'll go further into detail and the science in a future post.

  2. Basic Compound Movements
    The common compound exercises are gonna be the best muscle building tools in your toolbox. These three movements require no equipment except a bar. You ready? Here they are pushups, pullups, squats (and back lunges for women if you want to build them glutes). These exercises will hit all the major muscle groups and are a great way to build or maintain muscle.

  3. Avoid Processed Sugar
    Sugar is really the primary reason for being fat and unhealthy. Now not all sugars are created equal you can generally still eat fruit because it contains vitamins and minerals. It also contains fiber to slow down the digestion of its natural sugars, which leads to more stable blood sugar levels.

  4. Move More
    This has been shown to be a major factor in health and longevity. Just walking more, for example, will greatly affect your health and mood. And when you can just take the goddamn stairs.

  5. Smoothies
    Even if you're not a vegetable lover, you can use smoothies to get the etiquette amount of daily nutrients. There are lots of good and delicious smoothie recipes out there the only requirement is that it contains at least one or two vegetables. I also put in a banana or some berries to make it sweeter.

Well it seems to me the only rule one should follow if one want to burn fat is to consume less than he/she spend. If you fasting probably your metabolism will slow down. And you can be not so active, as with your normal nutrition. So it is better to spend more - walk instead of using transport, drink before you eat (and sometimes even instead of) and sleep as much as possible.
