How to boost muscle mass and testosterone with ONE drink

First, this drink is inspired by Tim Ferriss (author of the 4 Hour Body).

Since the 1970s the world has been told that dietary fat is bad and that carbohydrates are good. This had lead to low testosterone in men along with a list of other ailments plaguing our society.

Enough of that. Here is what you need to know!
This drink, again, was derived from Tim Ferriss' book The 4-Hour Body.

The 'SuperHuman' Drink

Ingredients
8-12oz RAW Organic Whole Milk
3 Whole RAW Organic Eggs
3 Tablespoons RAW Almond Butter
3 Tablespoons Chia and Flax Seed Mix (or one or the other)
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

How to make? BLENDER!

Tim Ferriss suggests once after a workout and once before bed.

I suggest, since we want to build muscle AND BURN FAT you drink the shake post workout ONLY (no more than 5 times a week), then prior to bed eat 3 brazil nuts along with a collagen supplement.

The brazil nuts will also boost testosterone and the collagen will allow for your hair, nails and skin to remain tight and regenerate.
