I'm starting my Cutting Plan for the summer
and this is my first day ! My starting Line!
I have decided to document my progress here in steemit day by day!
What does it mean?
I'm going to upload every day a picture of my self and write a bit about what I did in that day in my Training!
Why are you doing that?!
I hope i can inspire others do the same thing and take a good care for their bodies and health!
also documenting my progress day by day will help me keep focused on my target !

I'm planning to train 5 days a week and have 2 rest days

Current Lifts if anyone interested!:
Bench Press: 100KG for 4 reps 3 sets
DeadLifts: 160 KG for 4 reps 3 sets
Squats 100KG for 6 reps 3 sets
Over Head Press 70 KG for 4 reps 3 sets (My Weakness)
