First question you should ask yourself, WHAT IS EXERCISE? Exercise is a bodily activity that helps to enhance and boost physical fitness and general health.

REASONS WHY WE SHOULD EXERCISE? now this is what you should all read, you might just think Exercise would make you look rough or other excuses like it is stressful or you don't have the equipment not all exercises requires equipment , but i bet when you read these reasons you would have a change of heart.
1:It makes you confident
2:It strengthen your spirit and will power
3:It prevents aging
4:It reduces stress
5:It reduces back pain
6: It reduces your risk of cancer
7:It prevents diabetes
8: It improves you memory retention
9 You will sleep better
10:You will be happier
11:It strengthen bones thus preventing osteoporosis
12: And the obvious it makes you look sexier
