Tip: Change thinking your biceps!

This is my favorite warm up and stretch biceps exercise ! TRY IT for blood injection to your biceps!

Goal: Warm-up and stretch fiction your biceps

Sets: 2-3 rounds what u feel reactive your pump!

Reps: 10-15 reps   

It's exercise focused mainly on m. biceps brachii

perfect start workout (focus warm-up sets, NOT! hard sets because this is a warm-up sets! preparing them for heavy series and gets plenty of blood circulation biceps) 

Warm-up series performed before each muscle group.

Remember and do not ignore this principle! well before the start of each is properly Do not forget stretching!

select 10-12 repetitions in 2-3 series. Just try it!
