Massive hypertrophy for your hamstrings


Goal: Pump effect on his hamstrings, bathe your hamstrings with blood!

Sets: 2 sets warm up and then 4 sets work 

Reps: 8-15 rhythmic reps without negative (personally, I choose 6-8 reps) with 15 this week!


My preferred exercise to warm up the legs is overall always! But always! Lying leg curl. Yes hamstrings that I do at start of each leg training.

I'm sure many among you been reading that the best bodybuilders in the world starting to do leg training with the thighs, especially with leg extensions.

It is one big cliche. Personally, I feel that lying leg curl motion is more appropriate. Better warmed knees without any pressure on the tendon.

In addition round up blood in the hamstrings at the start of exercise the legs is a much better way to convert already then heavy sets.


Personally, I do two warm-up sets and then continue working four sets. It is not enough just lie and lying as a deaf! Try to pick up torso so that your ass down (subconsciously pushes it back down) and Remember to press the hamstrings in the top positions.

Knees are wider.

Very good bro , but i have a little suggestion for you , to stay on the form of the bench, becouse the form u are showing contracts also lower back muscles and we dont want to hurt them , so if u stay layed down on the bench the workout is even more effective

I have noted that there is no need to put pressure on the bottom back of the team that will be dangled but firmly fixated back and hamstrings motion only.
