Tip: How for more blood for arms

Curls on incline with EZ + Underhand triceps pulldowns

Goal: More blood for your arms than you think! Try it!

Sets: 3-4 rounds

Reps: 8 / 10 reps 

Today i train ARMS with heavy weights(I prefer this week 8-10 reps hard)

Biceps:
Exercise focused on developing and the biceps muscle of the radius, located on the outside of the forearm, it is also an excellent exercise for forming the bottom of the biceps. EZ Grip the barbell at closely, elbows away from each other where better to close the inside of the biceps and forearm (do not suffer joints and ligaments). At the top position, do not put the bar up to the very top, but try to be constantly tense muscles. Load a barbell on such a weight that allows you to exercise in full. Exercise 8-10 repetitions. It is good to change repeat after a week but this week I had 8-10 reps where not likely to overburn muscle.

Triceps:
Underhand pulldowns emphasis on internal head and helps to build triceps around the elbow joint. Very easy to reach contraction and is suitable for more on the end of quality of training. Upper arm should be at format exercise not to move at all. This exercise is perfect for shaping focus. Personally, I prefer about 10-12 reps for sets. JUST TRY IT! and follow me
