Breakfast

    A small breakfast for a fairly inactive morning. Got me to lunch well enough.

Lunch

  • Eggplant parmasean
    Leftover from Saturday night's dinner. Ate a big portion. Could have been satisfied with half. Going to try to get more exercise to make good use of the extra energy.

Dinner

  • Vegetables
  • Rice
  • Chicken
    Healthy food. Only ate one plate. Very satisfied.
